Staff Finder is a bespoke recruitment company where we charge 5% (plus GST) of the annual salary as our commission.
We don’t charge businesses anything upfront to use our services and when we do fill the role you have listed with us we ask payment is made as soon as you agree terms with the new employee AND then we guarantee that staff member for six months. If they don’t work out for whatever reason we will replace them at no extra cost to you.
Our recruitment process is all about getting the right people for your business. Being hospitality people we can find the right people pretty quickly and we can then be as involved in the recruitment process as you like. We can obviously source staff, but then conduct all the interviews, reference check staff and organise them to meet you or simply send you candidates for you to deal with, but no matter how we are involved in the process we will find you the right job ready people for your business.
